WILPF Radio Show
“The WILPF Show” premiered on Friday, February 22, at 7:30am on WCOM 103.5. Carrboro’s listener supported radio station. Sponsored by the Triangle branch of WILPF and hosted by member Tana Hartman, the show features weekly 30-minute interviews with some of the most interesting, engaging, and thought-provoking people in and around our community on issues of social justice. Dick Paddock, John Huer, and Lucy Lewis provide sound and technical support, and Lori Hoyt coordinates interviews. Let us know if you would like to join the team, have suggestions for guests, or would like to host a show. To listen to WCOM online, go to http://communityradio.coop/default.asp and click the streaming webcast link in the upper right corner of the page. We hope to have archived copies of earlier programs available on the Triangle WILPF website soon!
